The National Basketball Association League Pass billing and access service located at the https://airg.live/nba (the “Service”) is owned and operated by, and is a copyrighted work, belonging to airG Inc., a Canadian corporation, and its affiliates (“airG” “us” or “we”).
We recognize the importance of privacy and the sensitivity of your Personal Information (as defined below) and, as such, have created this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”). airG recognizes the importance of protecting any information collected from the users of the Service, and has adopted this Policy to inform its users about the types of information airG gathers about a you while using the Service, how airG may use that information, whether airG discloses it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding use of and correction of the information collected. This Policy explains generally our practices, but in all respects this Policy and the application of our practices will be subject to and in accordance with the provisions of applicable privacy protection laws.

What Personal Information Do We Collect?
airG does not actively collect personal information from users.
For Subscriptions that are purchased through a mobile service provider, you will be asked to provide a mobile phone number and name of the mobile service provider to complete the subscription (“Personal Private Information”). This information is only used for billing purposes.
Cookies: We may store one or more cookies (a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters) on your device that uniquely identifies your browser. These cookies may store your unique account ID, an API key, but no other personal information. The Service uses persistent cookies. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Service or subsequent sessions of the Service. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser help file directions. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, the Service may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled. By using the Service, you agree to accept the placement of cookies on your mobile device browser.
Service Logs: When you use the Service, our servers may log certain information that your web browser sends to us. These logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, type of browser, browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and time of your request.

We may use your Personal Private Information that we collect for the following purposes:
- to provide the Service to you;
- to administer and build your account on the Service;
- to communicate with you for the purpose of informing you of notifications pertaining to your account, changes or additions to the Service;

Content Retention
We retain your Private Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected the information or as required by law. We maintain a records retention and destruction program to destroy information when it is no longer needed or required. Users who have subscribed via their mobile service provider can suspend the subscription to the Service at any time by contacting their mobile service provider.

Under certain circumstances, we may disclose your Private Personal Information: when you have explicitly consented to the disclosure;
- to fulfill the purpose for which the Private Personal Information was collected;
- if we engage a third party to provide services to us (like computer back-up services or archival file storage), and the third party is obligated to to keep such information confidential and/or not to disclose such information, even after our relationship with you has ended;
- to respond to your request for customer service;
- to protect the rights, property or personal safety of the Service, its users and the public; or
- when we are required or authorized by law or legal process to do so or when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is required by and in accordance with the law or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on us.

Your Choices and Rights Regarding Your Personal Information
You may decline to submit Private Personal Information through the Service; in which case we may not be able to provide certain services to you. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy or Terms Of Use, please delete your account, uninstall the Service and discontinue use of the Service; your continued usage of the Service will signify your consent to, and acceptance of, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Right to Access Your Information
You can request a copy of your Private Personal Information which we hold. We may charge a small fee for this service where you request the information in a format other than what was provided.

You can require us to correct any mistakes in your Private Personal information which we hold free of charge. Transfer of Private Personal Information
Your Private Personal Information may be processed by us in the country in which it was collected and in other countries, including the United States and/or Canada, where laws regarding processing of Private Personal Information may be different than the laws in your country. Our servers are located in the United States and/or Canada, and as such, your Private Personal Information may be available to the Canadian and U.S. government or its agencies under lawful orders made in Canada or the U.S. Please be advised that through your continued use of the Service, we may be transferring your Private Personal Information to Canada and/or the U.S. and you expressly consent to that transfer and consent to be governed by Canadian or U.S. law for these purposes.
For European Economic Area residents please note that your personal information may be used or stored by us or our service providers and our corporate affiliates outside of the European Economic Area for the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy. We require that our service providers and our corporate affiliates safeguard your personal information. Any transfer of your data will be subject to a European Commission approved contract that will safeguard your privacy rights and give you remedies in the unlikely event of a security breach.
Summarized Data
We will never ever sell, lease, license, or in any other way commercially distribute your personally identifiable information to third parties. We promise this to you on pain of death and commercial ridicule in the industry press. However, as you can understand, we want to make sure that this service meets your needs as best as possible, so to that end, we do reserve the right to use your personal information strictly and only in a limited fashion where it helps us improve the product. An example could be if we see that customers using a specific type of handset are having issues with certain pages - this could indicate to us that our product has a bug, and that we should investigate the usability of our product on that handset. Where we interface with 3rd parties to improve our product - for example in relation to matters of product analytics, functionality, and scalability, we will ensure that all data exposed to such 3rd parties will be Summarized Data, an anonymized, general, and non-personally identifiable manner. "Summarized Data" means records which have been stripped of information potentially identifying individuals, and which have been manipulated or combined to provide generalized, anonymous information. Your identity and Private Personal Information will be kept anonymous in Summarized Data.
Consent
By providing Private Personal Information to us and by retaining us to provide you with the Service, you voluntarily consent to the collection, use and disclosure of Private Personal Information as specified in this Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, we may on occasion ask you to consent when we collect, use, or disclose your Private Personal Information in specific circumstances. Sometimes we may imply your consent through your conduct with us, and rely on that, if the purpose of the collection, use or disclosure is obvious and you voluntarily provide the information.

We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulators of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.
Although we take precautions against possible breaches of our security systems, no company can fully eliminate the risks of unauthorized access to your personal information and no webservice is completely secure. In the event that airG Inc. is acquired by or merged with a third-party entity, we reserve the right to transfer or assign the Private Personal Information, and any other information we have collected from our you and all our users as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.

This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically, and this will be reflected by the "Effective Date" indicated below. Please revisit this page to stay aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any amendments.
