What is NBA League Pass?
With League Pass, access hundreds of live games, replays, custom streams and select classic games on your favorite devices. To see if you are eligible to sign up for NBA League Pass with your local carrier provider, please visit the Subscribe Page on your mobile device.
How is airG related to the NBA?
airG has partnered with the NBA to provide a billing method that allows you to pay through your mobile carrier. All the same NBA League Pass access is included when you sign up through airG. If you have any questions about subscribing that are not answered here, please reach out to us at nba-support@airg.live.
Subscription and Access
How do I access NBA League Pass?
Please visit the Subscribe Page on your mobile device to access or purchase your NBA League Pass subscription through airG. An NBA ID account is also required to link your League Pass subscription purchased through your mobile carrier. If you have trouble subscribing via your carrier provider, please reach out to us at nba-support@airg.live. If you have trouble with your NBA ID, please reach out to the NBA Support team.
How do I subscribe through my mobile carrier?
- Turn off WiFi on your mobile device to ensure we can detect your mobile operator.
- Visit the Subscribe Page on your mobile device. and follow the prompts to provide the information required by your mobile carrier to complete the subscription process.
- Finally, you will be redirected to your NBA ID for access.
Is there a free trial period when I subscribe through my mobile carrier provider?
To check whether your carrier provider offers a free trial period, please visit the Subscribe Page on your mobile device.
Can I login with my NBA ID account on multiple devices?
Yes! You can login to your NBA ID account on any device. If you run into trouble with NBA ID login, please reach out to NBA Support team.
Can I watch games on multiple devices with my NBA League Pass subscription?
You can access game content with your subscription on one device at a time, and you can use the same login account across multiple devices. However, simultaneous streaming on multiple devices is not supported.
Will I still be able to watch games when I am traveling to another country?
As long as you have subscribed and logged in to your NBA ID account before you travel, yes you can continue watching games! Please note that certain countries (e.g. US and Canada) may have games that aren't available. Visit the NBA's Blackout Coverage to check before you travel. If you have trouble with your subscription, please reach out to nba-support@airg.live.
Will my subscription work with NBA iOS/Android app?
Yes, your subscription will work with the NBA iOS/Android app as long as you have your NBA ID linked to the subscription. For more information about where to download the NBA iOS/Android app, please visit the NBA League Pass webpage.
How do I link my carrier subscription with my NBA ID?
If you have an existing subscription, but cannot access it after logging in to your NBA ID, please reclaim your subscription. To reclaim your subscription:
- Visit the Subscription Page
- Follow the prompts to claim your subscription, then login with your NBA ID.
- Once completed, you should now have access to your subscription
Subscription Cancellation
Can I cancel NBA League Pass at any time?
Yes! Cancel your League Pass subscription at any time prior to your next billing event. You can do so by visiting the Unsubscribe Page on your mobile device.
Will I lose access to the games if I unsubscribe from NBA League Pass during the trial period?
No, you will have access to the games until the trial period ends. The trial period depends on the carrier providers, so it would be a good idea to check with your carrier provider to see if they offer free trial for NBA League Pass. Please visit the Subscribe Page on your mobile device. to find out what your carrier provider offers.
How do I unsubscribe through my mobile carrier?
- Check if you received an SMS on your mobile device with instructions on how to unsubscribe, and follow the prompts.
- If you did not receive an SMS, visit the Unsubscribe Page on your mobile device and follow the prompts.
Is there a cancellation fee or penalty for ending my subscription early?
No, there are no cancellation fees or penalties for ending subscriptions early.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my subscription before the end of the billing period?
Depending on the carrier provider, billing charges may vary and most carrier providers refund within the same week when an issue is reported to them. airG does not handle the refunds and can only confirm eligibility to subscribe to NBA League Pass.
